The Master of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro, successfully organized a public lecture entitled “Sustainability Reporting: Challenges, Research Trends, and Career Opportunities” on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall of the FEB Undip Graduate School.
The event featured Nora Sri Hendriyeni, Ph.D., CA., CSRA., CACP., CRMO., CSP, Executive Director of the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners (ICSP) & ESG Academy, as the keynote speaker. She shared valuable insights into the evolving practices of sustainability reporting, implementation challenges across various sectors, emerging research trends, and the expanding career opportunities in the fields of Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

The discussion was conducted in an interactive format and moderated by Mutiara Tresna Parasetya, S.E., M.Si., Ak., a lecturer in the Accounting Department at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro, who facilitated the question-and-answer session and encouraged an engaging exchange of ideas between the speaker and participants.
Through this public lecture, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainability reporting in promoting transparency, accountability, and organizational sustainability in today’s business environment. They also explored emerging research topics and the competencies required to pursue successful careers in the fields of Sustainability and ESG.

The primary objective of this public lecture was to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of sustainability reporting, enable them to identify potential research opportunities in this area, and enhance their awareness of the career prospects and professional competencies required in the fields of Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
